Drag in the "email address" filter into your smart list. Then double clickon the blank area where you would type in the address. In the right side ofthe dialog box you will past the addresses. I hate uploading leads. We do it all the time with tradeshow and content syndication leads, but you have to be soooo careful. The person doing it has to follow a checklist and be very detail-oriented. You absolutely have to to double-check that you're matching the proper CSV fields to Marketo fields...

List uploads are annoying, but there's nothing that's going to be faster than that. Does the tradeshow not offer a lead retrieval system?

If it's a competitor, I'd just manually change their program status to "Not in Program." I don't understand why Marketo can't support Gcal events...it's very annoying! When I've had to put calendar invites on landing pages, in emails, etc., I've used addtocalendar.com ​to create the links. You can (and should) create a program token and use that in your assets.

I know ON24 has this feature, because I've attended webinars on their platform that use video. It's very pricey though, compared to GoTo.
