No it was a GDPR seminar. I'm not sure what their reasoning was for not accepting everyone. Then again, when we do roadshows, we always get a handful of students and other people who we would rather exclude!

If Marketo automatically de-dupes email addresses (except when dupes are created by the CRM), in what scenario would a dupe be created upon list import?

Yeah, I basically don't use Email Insights. I can't get the information I need. And it shows raw #s on the dashboard, not open/click rates, so that's useless.
