Hi Sanford, I have Q-encoded a heart emoji, (U+2764) using your tool on your blog, added it as a token (text token) to the program to insert it into a sentence, but in live sample testing it reads as a string of text: Supersize your =?UTF-8?Q?=E2=9D=A4=EF=B8=8F?= love =?UTF-8?Q?=E2=9D=A4=EF=B8=8F?= ...
Hi all, I am wondering about the news that web browsers will no longer support flash player, and how MKTO needs it to show a high number of pages. I have not seen anything from MKTO regarding this transition, though I am sure that since MKTO is now an Adobe player, they will be aware of the issue wi...
Hi, so I ran a test through an email, which mirrors tha same function as the SMS. It looks like: Hi {{lead.First Name}}, and hits the inbox like: Hi ,Is there a way to avoid that space while using first name token? Ideal output: an SMS that reads either Hi Sanford, OR, Hi,

Hi all, We ar ea nonprofit, and have approx. 20 forms on our website for people to pledge and petition. We are also manually transferring data between MKTO and Raiser's Edge. (Fun, right? Who wants a job?!).We are getting people mispell their email address, or even give totally fake/invalid entries,...
Thanks for your help, Sanford, thorough as usual. I'll be keeping that in mind when seeing things in 250ok that aren't reflected in MKTO.
Well, I looked in MKTO for people with @outlook.com, and found that almost 1,000 opened the email, which means that more received it, which then means the issue most likely lies with 250ok's reporting. Thanks for helping me narrow it down.
I can't share the screen shot here, but yes, despite the positive scores, 100% Spam, according to 250ok. We ran a spam test of the same email yesterday and again Outlook did not like it. So it seems isolated to two emails that we have sent, as others have been delivered/opened.
