Hi Morgan,Do you have a screen shot of the flow step and the smart list? Did you check to make sure there were members of the ES program?Does the smart list say was sent email X? And it was the intended email? I'm sure you've checked all these things. But sometimes the devils in the details.
I don't think that's possible today. That is better to get at from Google Analytics but you won't get the individual people data.

Marketo bases whether a person received an email in the engagement stream based on the email ID, as long as that hasn't changed, they will not receive that email again. If you clone it, then it gets a new email ID so depending on what you did but it sounds like you did not create a new email.
