This would allow you to keep the process on one page and hide your secondary fields until both of the primary fields are filled out, and you can also change which secondary fields are shown based on the answers the person provide...

On a side note, I highly recommend testing your emails as a recipient to ensure you're testing real-world scenarios and not defaults prior to launching a campaign. You can do this by previewing the email as a recipient and/or sending yourself a test as that person(s).

I hear ya. We don't do many managed in-person events, so it wasn't as much of a loss for us. For the few that we do, though, we resorted back to an excel sheet (shhhh don't tell anyone!) that we upload into Marketo afterwards.

No advice, just here to say we've run into the same issues. We unfortunately ended up abandoning the check-in app for high-volume events because it was holding people up.Check in with your CSM if you haven't yet and make sure to give your feedback to them.
