I use it, but I'd love if it had some additional filters to set up (e.g. new leads is just raw records, but what we consider leads).
Hi, We did do this. You can change the email address. Though the login remains the old address. Though in some occasions the login changed too! You then send an email to support with old to new email addresses and they can take care of the rest.
P.s. Be aware of changes to email domain names. Especially for admins it caused us some headaches with access and support.
