From my experience it will not. Pause in an engagement program will prevent the next email/program in the stream to run. If you want to prevent the second email to go out, you will need to remove the lead from the flow in the program you fired.
Filter settings only work for filters (green elements). You only have two triggers (orange elements). Triggers are OR by default. If you add 5 triggers (orange) the flow would fire on any if the trigger conditions. I hop that helps 😉

Hi,This happens sometimes with my colleagues too. Make sure they don't fill out forms with other names 😉These colleagues should clear their cookies (or only the Marketo cookie).
They indeed send from education@marketo.com. Maybe certification@marketo.com might get you in contact with the right person. Not sure if it's still his role, but you might want to connect to Tim Stutt.
Edit the form -> Form Settings -> Locale. And you can also go into the individual fields to overwrite the error message.
You can also export the data to Excel and work from there 😉
The reports in Marketo Analytics are somewhat static. If you have Revenue Explorer you have more options for charts and such.
