Is there a reason that you would need for these contacts to be added to the SFDC campaign instantaneously? Just thinking a scheduled batch campaign might achieve a similar result while giving the time for some things to make their way to the activity filter. However, given the uncertainty that surro...
The screenshots in this workaround are of the classic experience, but the theory should be the same in the new experience: --Go to Design Studio-- In the Nav. Tree, select Landing Page (or email ... whatever you're approving). --Filter by status to get rid of anything that's approved--Select the ch...
Marketo will dedupe on the email address, so provided that the email address already exists in Marketo, it will pull that record into your program and onto your static list -- which includes information on that record (First Name, Company, etc.), provided that information was synced from Salesforce....

So, if you're just looking at program status as a means of a person's activity, if they clicked in the first em...
How are you organizing your emails within Marketing Activities? If everything of a particular type is stored within a folder, you can build specific reports based on the contents of those folders in the setup section, and save it for future use. This is a very basic/static setup, but it could get yo...

If you have admin access, you may also consider looking into the activities sync as this will also push user activities over to Salesforce -- but this is not the same as a program status. I think a lot of what information you push between the two systems depends a lot on how you plan to use that inf...
