Here's some information on Conversational Flow Settings. Under Step 6, they have a call out for how to set the criteria from the form that will trigger the popup.
Another thing to think of -- if you're looking at the member count within a Smart Campaign that was set to fire (and change a program status) based on whether or not someone opened the email, that SC may not fire if someone opens the email but has images turned off so the tracking pixel won't load. ...
Echoing everything @Darshil_Shah1 is saying, but want to add one additional point to his item #1. In the new UI for the setup filter "Filter by Email" window, it's very easy to add additional date ranges thinking that it's the same as the date range that's in the setup tab. Make sure there isn't any...
Just what @uditmathur said. And it doesn't even mean it was actually delivered at all. If whoever you're sending to has layers of security, it might pass one level, get marked as delivered, and then later bounce because it was rejected (out-of-bounds bounce) down the line.
Boolean fields are exactly as you said -- true/false. And in your example, you have three options, so boolean isn't going to work. If you're not seeing the blue unsubscribe while looking at the browser, if you click on the little arrow next to the To (right under the From Name), that should bring up some information that coul...
Also, to chime in with an unsatisfying answer, I have had the above happen where the campaign counts did not match and it was an actual problem where I needed to engage support. While this isn't the most fun option, are you able to identify contacts where the discrepancies are? Is there something a...
More information is in this thread ... but the Gmail requirements refer to the list-unsubscribe in the header, not a link in the body of an email -- so you shouldn't be seeing link checkers clicking that.
Is there a reason that you would need for these contacts to be added to the SFDC campaign instantaneously? Just thinking a scheduled batch campaign might achieve a similar result while giving the time for some things to make their way to the activity filter. However, given the uncertainty that surro...
