Agree with Sanford that a link would help. Have you tested the form submission to see if the values are captured in your MArketo instance regardless of the landing page behavior you mentioned?Might be an issue with you form submit re-direct but hard to assume without playing with the form.

Hey Ashley,If your records are synced to SFDC, it may make more sense to update the values there and have them pass to Marketo, but not certain on the best way to update users with MKTO and SFDC. Our connector for Sugar allows us to update the assigned user email in Marketo and all other user fields...

I'm interested in learning the answer as well. I assume it would be an relative time based on engagement after the email was received by the prospect, not absolute to the larger program concluding.
