If the flow is purely: send an email, wait 30 days, then send the same email - and there is no desire to have other scheduled emails, then I would suggest an email engagement program is overkill. You could simply have one smart campaign, triggered by your initial criteria. Send email. Wait 30 days. ...
Quick answer- no. But, you might be able to pass through a value to multiple email scripts using a macro. https://velocity.apache.org/engine/1.7/user-guide.html#velocimacros. This is likely overkill for what you are trying to do, but it might be worth it if you had many email script tokens that we...
To add to what Sanford has said - my personal experience is that you have to basically ignore the "Unsubscribed" figure in Marketo reports once you are using different unsubscribe processes. Those reports aren't able to know what your custom unsubscribe field is, and what it should contain. Annoying...
I guess it depends what is meant by "after initial setup". After the permissions have been upgraded, you would need to go to Launchpoint in Admin and select the new pages (potentially even connect the user again - unsure). But luckily this is pretty trivial so it doesn't matter much.
Hi @chriszeng , At first glance, what you have will spit out the Account Owner details for the latest opportunity for that person. As long as the relevant fields are checked off on the right hand panel, and you are previewing the email based on a person that does indeed have an Opportunity where tho...
Hi @SLau , the general advice I would give here is that: the best volume of comms is stopping when you no longer have anything relevant to say. For some companies and industries, an email a day might be perfect because it is all relevant content that the recipient values. For others, it might be onc...
Hi @Tracy_Boesken , I believe a radio button will come through as a string value of what was selected - eg "Yes, I am the consumer the request is about." Of course, this would be something you can check by submitting the form and checking the profile of the submitter. If you need this to look differ...
Hi @madhu_6987 , There is no native WhatsApp integration - there's a good discussion here: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/marketo-whatsapp-integration-tools/td-p/300027 For Facebook, I assume you mean to push leads automatically from Facebook to Marketo? If so, yes, that is possib...
Hi @reteshsingh , I will defer to @SanfordWhiteman here since he has the most expertise, but I believe background submission of the Marketo form should accomplish what you need.
Hi @Harneet_Singh , when are you checking the dashboard? In my experience, it takes several hours for that dashboard to update and show figures. I wouldn't trust it when the send has only just completed.
