Hi Marketers,

 

In the control panel of my email program it shows that my email campaign was triggered on the schedule time but when I go to dashboard it shows everything as 0. However, in the control pannel the 'Result' shows open, click etc ... 

Note: The dash boards are working fine on the past email campaigns. Post this issue I have run one more email campaign and again the dashboard reflects 0 but result shows open, click etc ....

Any idea whats going on? and what should I do?

Hi @Harneet_Singh , when are you checking the dashboard? In my experience, it takes several hours for that dashboard to update and show figures. I wouldn't trust it when the send has only just completed.

I can't even find the email program dashboard. Any pointers?

Phillip thanks for replying. You are right its takes sometime 72hrs!! and for me it did took almost 72hrs to reflect. First time it happened with me.
