Yes, appalling. Constant hanging and saying it can't connect to Marketo, with a grey panel where the UI should be for the asset. And I've also had the message above, which is nothing new. I wish Adobe would put resources into bug fixes. Drag and drop has disappeared again too. Not happy.

I have just noticed this too. The Score tab seems to be empty on most records, whether there is scoring activity or not.
Yes, Marketo can only tell whether someone has received the asset by using the asset ID so if this has changed, it is, to Marketo, a new asset. Please mark my response as Solved if you're happy with it - thanks.Yes, I did work for Finastra amongst other customers! Same me... 😀
Hi Robert,You mentioned that you updated all email copies. It sounds like Marketo now sees these emails as new content. Have you changed the email assets themselves? If they have new IDs, Marketo will see them as new content, even if the name of the asset is the same.- Erica
