Oh wow, there's too many levels I want to answer this on...Please think hard about whether your Open metric has any value. The email open activity is sent back to Marketo whenever a recipient has downloaded the images. This gives both false positives and false negatives, as clients that have a setti...
It is well worth checking out the documentation on experience league...This article describes how you can include the number of people in a given smart list into your people performance report: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/reporting/basic-reporting/editing-repor...
Well, for any preference field you have created as a custom field this is exactly how it happens, assuming the person gets to the landing page through a link in a Marketo email, which will ensure that it is the correct record that is updating. Consider whether you want to set up one field with querystring, or actually create separate fields for the different query parameters and what you want to set up as program member custom fields or person fields. All depends on your reporting requirements.

That can also be used for example in determining your lead source with high granularity. How you can set up reporting leveragin...
Of course your response is technically correct, but I have to agree with Sanford that I don't see this use case working out too well in a segmentation. Defining any field with relevant information to create a segmentation within the technical limits and with business relevance would be a massive cha...
That's the right path indeed @Michael_Florin . You can set up the reporting in a workspace that has access to all database partitions and then use the smart list to show only people in certain partitions (indeed, the people performance report gives no relevance to workspaces, it is important in whic...
You can't really do it without additional fields on the person, unless of course they are already there. What I tend to do in order to ensure consistent sets of tags are stored:- Have a set of temp utm fields that exist as hidden fields on all forms.- Have a central process that copies these values ...
