@Sreekanth_Reddy I would definitely provide the option in reporting to either in- or exclude the bot activities. That makes it easier to assess the impact of the bot activities and compare against previous results.

Segmentations are powerful tools indeed. Great little tip to sequentially number them. Do make sure however to prioritize the segmentations you need, as there can ever only be 20 active within the same instance at any one time.
