In addition to Darshil's very true comments I want to caution you against using criteria like you describe. Email opens are a decent enough statistic to compare performance of emails against each other, but are a terrible filter to select individuals for your audience. An open is registered once ima...
Hi @Pavel_Plachky1 , there are several out there on the market, where I think Eventbrite and Cvent deserve a look, but parties like cm.com could also be an option. All depends on your wider requirements.
It is a bit of a chicken and egg situation here. The events app was something really useful, but had not been keeping up with developments for quite a while, making its use cumbersome which in turn didn't encourage adoption. I do have to agree that there are alternatives out there that make more sen...
Couldn't agree more, a great start and the change log is the absolute top tip.Personally I would also validate whether standard processes are in place to capture basic data points like acquisition program and person source consistently. That was exactly what my initial response was. Taking a Marketo instance with data already in it is a sure recipe for duplicate nightmares. The big gotcha there is that the native sync doesn't use email address as the unique record key, but the Dynamics record id. As your existing Marketo database ...
Totally agree with the alternative approach. If you have multi-purpose PMCF fields set up where one is a date field I would actually opt to use this, rather than set up a dedicated field on the person for just this campaign.
