Thanks a bunch Sanford! I'll definitely check out your blog post. Yeah, Marketo used to use ReachForce for its forms (webinar reg is what I remember), but you're right that it was probably ages ago and I just haven't noticed the change. Anyway, I'll give Clearbit a look...thanks!
The existing discussions on this topic I've seen are several years old, so I wanted to ask again and see what recent advice is out there. What do marketers use to help them with their form validation and data enrichment? I'm looking for something that will help us capture firmographic and demographi...
I got it to work. If anyone else is experiencing the same thing, the remedy is actually quite simple: Rather than deleting the launchpoint service and recreating it in hopes the new one works, I just left it there and created a duplicate. Same Launchpoint service (Zoom), same login credentials, just...
I got this response from Marketo support: "I checked the logs and I could see that we had an exception API error at the same timeI tried selecting the event after creating a test event program (https://app-sj28.marketo.com/#ME1200A1)"{WebinarProviderTransportException} API Error: ERROR -> HTTP Code ...

I've spoken to support for both Marketo and Zoom, and neither has an answer for me. I have a second Zoom user for r...

I had this same error this morning when the attendee info wasn't syncing back from Zoom. Did this work itself out, or what did you end up doing?
Got it. Thank you!
Thanks for the feedback, and I've bookmarked Agical on your blog to give it a try. For my gmail links, I have been using kalinka, but I'll give this a try for that, as well. I'm not sure what you mean by "have a test box that represents your real-world audience". What are the steps to getting that s...
If you're setting up "Add to Calendar" links in an email for both Gmail and Outlook, what is the best way to test the Outlook link when all you have access to is Gmail, or vice versa? I know the Marketo token is only valid for Outlook, but we use Gmail internally. I had an error on the "add to calen...
