FYI, I just received a notice from Marketo support saying "our engineering team patched a fix for this issue". I tested, and things (so far...fingers crossed) look to be back to normal.
Hi Sanford, We implemented this as instructed but are seeing something unusual. The below screenshot shows the fields as "mkto_UTM_Source" and "mkto_UTM_Medium", but there should only be one "_" between mkto and UTM. The second underscore after "UTM" isn't part of the field name, and I suspect is th...
I know this is thread is a bit old, but I think this topic is unclear to a lot of people (including myself until recently), so I wanted to post. Phillip is correct. Random sample should not be used in a trigger campaign...only batch and recurring. For context, we are using random sample in a lead as...
I'm just now noticing this, as well. Very strange. Diffsense.com says: "When used as nouns, blacklist means a list or set of people or entities to be shunned or banned, whereas blocklist means a list of websites or other material to be blocked." (diffsense.com/diff/blacklist/blocklist) It seems Mark...
Well, I know you! 🙂 Ringlead is a good tool, but the trouble with so many of these is that you have to have their full product in order to use this one piece that you want. And Ringlead is a bit pricey if I remember. The SmartForms product by Leadspace sounds like it does the same thing, except you...
Thanks a bunch Sanford! I'll definitely check out your blog post. Yeah, Marketo used to use ReachForce for its forms (webinar reg is what I remember), but you're right that it was probably ages ago and I just haven't noticed the change. Anyway, I'll give Clearbit a look...thanks!
I got it to work. If anyone else is experiencing the same thing, the remedy is actually quite simple: Rather than deleting the launchpoint service and recreating it in hopes the new one works, I just left it there and created a duplicate. Same Launchpoint service (Zoom), same login credentials, just...
I got this response from Marketo support: "I checked the logs and I could see that we had an exception API error at the same timeI tried selecting the event after creating a test event program (https://app-sj28.marketo.com/#ME1200A1)"{WebinarProviderTransportException} API Error: ERROR -> HTTP Code ...
Thank you! This answered my same question. We too removed Zoom admin rights once the setup was complete. Man, for how many people are using Zoom (and presumably many of those in conjunction with Marketo) you'd think they'd make their integration instructions more thorough.
