Hi Diederik, I did remove the person out of the program, but I'm not to set the right progression status. The status that the lead reached is trial requested which is the success and for some reasons I can't do it.
Mine is the opposite. More landing page views being reported on Marketo vs. less clicks on twitter or hootsuite. The landing page is the marketo landing page.
I have one lead who converted but for the wrong campaign. I managed to apply his success in the correct campaign and program. I was able to remove him from the other program, but when I looked at the status progression for the campaign, he's still showing as converted. How do I undo this?

So I"m cleaning up our Marketo database and I noticed that even after I deleted 60 records, it's still showing that I have 94,148 records. The records I deleted only live in Marketo. Hi Elliott,I actually considered doing as you suggested above by having them fill out a register form, but the main problem is when it comes to having them pay for the conference, the payment acceptance is done through CVENT. How did you get around the payment acceptance?

Developing a process as Kim mentioned is a good advice. There's some confusion now in our Marketing department because they're not clear on how a lead that comes from Marketo syncs over to SFDC. We sync from SFDC to Marketo as contacts. But when we sync leads from Marketo to SFDC it syncs over as ...
