Leads in Marketo Database is still the same amount even after I deleted some leads

So I"m cleaning up our Marketo database and I noticed that even after I deleted 60 records, it's still showing that I have 94,148 records. The records I deleted only live in Marketo. At this point I can't even sync to SFDC because we're having some sync issues.  But shouldn't the # go down? Am I missing something?

Hi Josh,

I did refresh the report.  I cleared my history and cache and that worked.
