fireballs and stars - what are they, how are they determined?

I see that I am getting fireballs and stars in my Salesforce Marketo Sales Insight.  What are they and how are they determined.

That sounded so poetic -  fireballs and stars! Those are indicators of the activity of the lead engaging with programs your Marketo marketers have denoted as indcations of buying interest or brand interest. Maybe these folks visited your product pages, or a bunch of pages in one day, clicked in an email etc. The more you see, the more is going on.

Hi Jim,

Stars and flames are based on the lead's score. If you're an admin and you want to see what score is associated with the stars and flames, follow these instructions:

1. Click on Admin at the top right of your screen
2. Click Sales Insight
3. Click "Edit" in the Settings area
4. Look at the fields that your stars and flames are associated with
