Liliana Cheng - we never launch the 1:many accounts functionality for contacts, mostly because we had issues on Lightning and haven't fully finished rolling it out. It's been rolled out to 95% of the organization, but until we reach 100%, we aren't starting the 1:many functionality.
If you're using Salesforce and this field is connected, it might be coming from there. There's a setting in SFDC where you can say 'if new values come in, update this drop down list'. I hate that option! I recommend that you restrict the list just to the values that you've put into the field itself,...
I have a presentation that's a bit old but gives Marketo info at a 30,000 foot view. I presented to a number of departments using variations of these slides.
Essentially what happens in my system is registration is controlled by Marketo and sent to ON24 and then Marketo puts the people into a SFDC campaign. That SFDC campaign is also connected to ON24 via Scribe, but it only sends data one time after the webinar ends. Then it fills in info on the campaig...
We were advised to do a double integration - Marketo for registration and Salesforce for event information and questions/polls. From there I'm able to trigger off of specific answers in Marketo using the SFDC Campaign object.

I worked as a campaign specialist at a large international company on a team where 3 of us would come up with campaigns for our respective products and then spend probably 30% of our time trying to get stuff built. ...
Can you remove the filter? Then we should be able to see the data value change steps
