Hi Josh, Thank you for your response. I feel the number is slightly too high. I used this logic: 1 and ((2 and 3 and 4) or (5 and 6 and 7 and 8 and 9 and 10 and 11 and 12 and 13 and 14 and 15 and 16)) I would like to include everyone in EMEA, in that member of smart list and in that segment with that matched account. I don't want them in those countries, not containing those email domains, any email invalid, marketing suspended false, unsubscribed false, company name is not, and not in matched account name (list of companies), is not a SFDC type contact, user, is not accepted, rejected or working, is not in content syndication nurture, is not a matched account type customer or partner and not a customer or partner in SFDC. How does ''is not differ to false and not contains?'' or does it not make a difference?
