Happy Monday, Community friends! We're still working on our new Marketo instance launch (we went live last week but we're finishing up some final elements to get us to 100%) and we're now using the Add to Microsoft Campaign flow step in smart campaigns (prior we used a CDV step with the the GUID and...
Thank you both, @Darshil_Shah1 and @Michael_Florin! This all makes perfect sense and I will admit, I had NO idea that leads coming through embedded Marketo forms didn't get an acquisition program assigned - it definitely explains why so many of our leads don't have it (outside of lead list uploads)...
Happy Friday, Community! For leads that fill out a form associated with a program, I've always assumed that Marketo will assign that program as the Acquisition Program (with associated date). However, upon reading Setting Acquisition Best Practices, it seems that might not be the case for embedded M...
I always appreciate your thorough answers, @Darshil_Shah1! From your comments and looking at these leads in detail, it sounds like these leads could simply be performing tasks that look like, and are associated with, bots on the IAB list but aren't necessarily bots themselves. We try to get external...
Hello Community Friends, I'm investigating 7 leads from the same organization that Marketo has identified as bots. Looking at each of them, I've noticed the following things: They have been in our database for a while (1-2 years) They have received regular emails but have only experienced this bot i...
My apologies for the delay in responding @Darshil_Shah1 - for some reason, I stopped getting alerts for the replies to my posts and didn't notice until the end of the week (fixed that now!). I have since re-uploaded the remaining 103 leads after adjusting the Revenue data field and the mapping looke...
Thanks for doing the extra digging, @Darshil_Shah1 ! I didn't realize that there was cell formatting that could read those commas but I guess it makes sense given the errors I've experienced! When I saw the failure after adjusting the data in the cells, the error came back with no comma in the reven...
I got another large round of failed items - only 33 got updated, leaving another 100 in the failure category. However, this time I noticed it was those with a revenue number, so I removed the Revenue field from the import sheet/list and every single one went in. It seems that, despite TAM accepting ...
That makes sense - just not sure why the error report is so vague, when others are much more specific i.e. lead exists in another partition, invalid email address. It would be much more helpful to know what specifically is wrong, especially in larger lists like this (what if they're all different?!)...
Hi Community Experts! I'm playing around in our Target Account Management for better understanding before we set it up in our new instance, and when importing Named Accounts (downloaded them from our CRM), only 65 of my 202 accounts get imported. When I download the failures/errors, they are all lis...
