Thanks Sanford. We don't have this set up. So now I'm wondering why this person was not just updated in the current record instead of a new record created causing duplicate. I guess this will be a question for Marketo Support.

I'm looking at some flows that were set up in the past (not by me). I'm trying to understand how it was set up. We have flows that looks like the belowandAre these normal ways to set it up? In some documentation, I just see +30 or -30 in the Change field.ThanksDanielle
