I wonder if your triggers are set to only trigger so that a person can only go through it once and this person already went through it in the past?

Thanks for the help! It turns out that the users were using an old dynamics contact form version. When the current form was selected, the send email window did appear.Thanks!

Some MSI users cannot use the Send Marketo Email button in Dynamics. When they click it, nothing happens and we already checked pop up window blockers. Meanwhile it works perfectly for me and a few other users. Anyone have a solution for this?

Thanks, Darshil. Oddly, in Dynamics our Send Marketo Email button does not work on the individual record level, it only works when viewing a contact or lead list. We are working to fix this issue and once we do, we will consider your idea to restrict the use of the feature.

I know MSI send marketo email has a maximum send of 200 at a time. But we'd like to limit it to something like 5 or less to discourage the use of the tool for mass emailing. Is this possible? Has anyone figured out how?

Yes, we are unable to merge two Dynamics records. Example is below: Record 1: Dynamics Lead RecordRecord 2: Dynamics Contact Record Cannot be merged using merge functionality in Marketo. When I try, there is an error message.

For Duplicate Records where one happens to be a Dynamics lead and the other is a Dynamics contact record, I have to delete the "lead" and NOT the "contact". However, I want to move the activity log from the lead record to the contact record because all the lead records have been tracking the engagem...

We are not seeing the Marketo > Best Bets section on the left navigation bar of Dynamics. We already went into the solutions > marketo main best bets view settings and all are activated. Anyone else have tips on how to get it to appear?
