At the moment if you want to filter out people who have done an action more than X number of times you have to put in the original activity filter e.g. "Campaign was Requested", along with the corresponding inactivity filter "Not campaign was requested", which has a "Min number of times constraint"....

I do not have direct experience using recurring Zoom webinars I imagine you would want to create a new Marketo program for each instance of a recurring webinar to track the attendants for each instance
We use Stripo for building responsive email templates for mobile and desktop. They then have a feature to export the HTML code, which we import into Marketo to add in email variables

There are two things you can try:i) Wait for 5 minutes to see if the lead then syncs to Salesforce.
