Hi Karen, during the Demo with Knak, I checked a couple of emails templates + enterprise options and both seem responsive and I also checked with the AM. Which type of issue did you have on responsiveness? What did you have to do to fix it?

Thanks, Justin! We already have a template and would like to build something fancier! We had a demo with Knak and I really like the enterprise module.I can modify HTML email templates as long as it is not complex because I'm not specialist in coding.
