Hi Latha, can you verify that you've activated Marketo at the event level/session level? This is required for info to push: https://developers.cvent.com/documentation/marketo-integration/integrating-marketo-in-an-event/activating-marketo-for-an-event/

You can manually import data from Marketo to Cvent, but the native integration is uni-directional from Cvent to Marketo.

You can sync a single custom field to Marketo via Cvent. If you're looking for event paid info, this would be your best bet.
