Would it only update if blank? How would you avoid overwriting existing data?

There are a lot of vendors out there that outsource this type of integration (for a price) -- but it would be nice in Marketo integrated one or developed their own... definitely a use for it, for sure!!

I find it to be hit & miss. (notice, not hit OR miss). They were using Live Chat for a while which I was able to use a few times to get quick, easy answers. It was awesome!
