Hi Greg, to clarify, I agree with your approach. I am also not a huge fan of importing directly into a program. I agree with your recommendation that people should use one approach. Using multiple methods can make things confusing and cause someone to make an error. Thanks!

Hi Erin, I recall if you hide the status there will be no change in the programs where members have the status you hid. You just won't be able to add records to the hidden status going forward. I believe you can't delete a status if any record has the status in a program. Have a Happy New Year!
