We will make it all much better. Working on some re-designs for the entire smart campaign flow.
It's just how the community works. It doesn't currently allow voting on ideas that are marked with this tag. I know that Scott K. Wilder is trying to change that.
We do partially support it, which is why it is marked this way. I've mentioned it in other ideas/threads, but we know that customers want full support and we don't ignore it just because folks can't vote more on this idea. It's not like we have forgotten that customers are interested in full support...
Brad wants to inspect fields on the trigger object from within the flow steps, not in the SL. Because if there are intermediate wait steps, those values may have changed (warranting different behavior). Context is needed within the flow steps of the nurture campaign being executed so this cannot liv...

So, the resolution for you is to either uncheck the "include mkt_tok" option in the text editor when you're adding a link to these partner sites or if it is in the code, you can just add class="mktNoTok" to the tag, which will do the same thing. This is actually why we built mktNoTok, because we've seen the presence of the mkt_tok break certain external sites. That said, I don't understand at all why the samples would always work and the live emails always fail...I'm going to have an engineer take a look and see if they can figure out what's different about the two.

If you uncheck "include mkt_tok" for that link does it work ok in both the test and live?
