We are going to be adding live thumbnails for templates and individual assets. I don't have an ETA but you'll slowly see us roll thumbnails out in a variety of places throughout the year.

I understand this could be improved a bit, but in many cases we won't know.Example: justin@test is a valid email address according to the RFC. In the future, these addresses may become more common

With Q2, we are rolling out an updated Email Experience, including Template Picker and Email Editor. The picker will include live, dynamic thumbnails for templates. We will then be rolling it out to the Template Details page as you have shown. Stay tuned for these changes!
