403 error is almost always a login credentials issue. Open up the LaunchPoint service and log into the account from there. Probably going to need to reset credentials, but that's almost always the way to fix it.

Dan,I believe it depends on the image itself. Something about the image dimensions for that specific picture, but I'm not sure. Some show much larger, some do show up smaller as you've seen. Liz Courter may have more information on the details though.-Mike
