I recommend removing the extension, revoking and reissuing the add-in license in Marketo, and then reinstalling the extension. If that doesn't do the trick you'll probably need to open a support ticket.

You should be able to do this with a Landing Page Performance report in the Analytics tab. Once you've created the new report, just go to the report's Setup tab and set the date of activity, and drag of a filter to specify which landing page(s) you want to be included.
You might try having a campaign with the trigger Is Sent Sales Email, and in the flow has Change Data Value for that "days since last activity" field. Then if the field gets changed in Marketo it should change it in SFDC as well.
