Send and Track for Outlook - how to update a field in SFDC?

We want to use the Send and Track option for the Outlook plugin, but we want a field in Salesforce to be updated when it is used. Specifically, the field is "days since last activity". With the Salesforce plugin for Outlook, the field updates, but not with the Marketo plugin. Ideas?

Depending on the what kind of date the field uses you can reference one of the System Tokens.

What about the actual data value? How do I make the data value change update to the day the email was sent?

You might try having a campaign with the trigger Is Sent Sales Email, and in the flow has Change Data Value for that "days since last activity" field. Then if the field gets changed in Marketo it should change it in SFDC as well.
