To clarify, filter for Program Status = Registration Error, select the people (use shift for -clickmulti-select), click "change program status" and select "Registered". Wait and see if they stay Registered after Marketo pings GTW.

Just wanted to emphasize that this is an extremely good practice. I wish we had done it! Once a field syncs to Marketo you can never delete it in Marketo. Much better to be thoughtful about what syncs down—you can always sync it later!

Joe Reitz runs training at AWS, and although they don't have the compliance issues that FS does, they have a gigantic database and a lot of users. They have pretty tight processes around email approvals. Joe, do you have any suggestions?
