The contacts that are not syncing to Marketo, are they being created as attached to an account or orphaned? Contacts are meant to be attached to an account, but there are edge cases where they can be created orphaned, in which case they will not sync to Marketo.

Great for asking pre-event questions like "what questions do you have for the speaker," or "what's your t-shirt size, or "what are your dietary restrictions."

Digital Pi has a Data Rewind service and Jep Castelein has Reverto. I am a happy Digital Pi client, and Jep has presented at my MUG and is a very smart guy, but I haven't used either service specifically. I would imagine that each service can only undo data that's been overwritten within the past 90...

You can do this, but do you want to? I would send to people at different times based on their area of the world. If you send all at one time, it's going to arrive in off-hours for some/most of the world.

I have logged in to Marketo in multiple browsers and it was not a problem. In general you don't want multiple sessions (or multiple users for that matter) editing the same email at the same time. Have you tested logging in with different browsers/devices at the same time? That said, I do not recomme...

Are you sure you didn't already have duplicates? You can look at a record's create date and also look at the Original Source Type value, which will show you how the record entered the database.

We don't have any Marketo programs or SFDC campaigns for channels such as social, content syndication, etc. We have a PB in SFDC that stamps the UTMs to the campaign member and we report on that. That way you're not conflating attribution for the content vs the channel.

I would do a couple things: - Make sure you don't have any batch emails scheduled that day- Turn off your Engagement nurtures on the bank holiday and turn them back on the next day- Hmm...trying to think how this would work if you have any drip emails that are not Engagement program

Folder creation is not part of the permission set. Anyone can create folders.
