Hi Tracy,Thanks for the response.Yes, we have the 'Update Fields & Sync" campaign set before the "Send Alert" campaign.You can see we also have a wait step in the flow of the "Update Fields and Sync" campaign, so I'm not sure why the record is not being created in SFDC.
Recently the token {{SP_Send_Alert_Info}} in our alert emails is dropping the SFDC link. Not all the time, just occasionally and randomly. Any thoughts as to why that might be happening?
