Hi Sanford, it's a Marketo landing page. We have the form pre-filled for opt-in option and want to make the person choose to opt-out. Where we're getting stuck, is offering up the person's choices if they return to the page and want to make changes.

So it looks like, for some reason the Revenue Stage was changed on July 8th from "name" to 'Inactive" I have no idea how that might have happened. Thanks cslauson,Perhaps it's a Marketo bug. I've submitted a support ticket to Marketo. Let's hope we hear something soon. As a workaround I'm cloning to a program that does come up in the dropdown and then "moving" the email to the correct program. It's not great, but it works. M~
Thanks Amy, Sorry for the tardy reply. Yes, I've googled Marketo/Pathable integrations and couldn't find anything. I believe Pathable is relatively new and they mentioned they've done very few integrations with Marketo. I've submitted a support ticket but haven't heard back form Marketo yet.
