Hi,I use two reports. A company report and a web page report. One would list all companies and inferred companies of interest that visited pages yesterday. And how many people within that company. The other report contains a company name in the smartlist and would display which pages were viewed by ...
1. Is there a duplicate email address? I could show up in the other record perhaps.2. Only 1x per type of activity is synced per day. So if you send one contact 3 emails to test, only the first one will sync. This is why we stopped with that and just look at the email tab in Marketo Sales Insight (M...
Hi Alok,P.s. In engagement program I only actually use triggers. You can use filters and filter logic I believe, but it at least always need 1 trigger to actually trigger the transition. So you could add a trigger for "added to opportunity without constraints" and "opportunity updated". And top this ...
Yes, this is very much possible. We temporary sync all successes (form fills) to SFDC with Marketo as the owner. And when they meet certain criteria they are dispatched to the right person. A top here: Don't try to build the sync in every program you run. Centralize your syncing in one place. Try a ...
From my experience it will not. Pause in an engagement program will prevent the next email/program in the stream to run. If you want to prevent the second email to go out, you will need to remove the lead from the flow in the program you fired.
Filter settings only work for filters (green elements). You only have two triggers (orange elements). Triggers are OR by default. If you add 5 triggers (orange) the flow would fire on any if the trigger conditions. I hop that helps 😉
Hi, I think I started to reply on "Ideally, such companies would not maintain multiple forms solely for localization. (It's already hard to maintain too many forms even without localization, thus the "global form" concept!)". Then mentioning I do have it set up in that way. Probably got distracted ...
I have about 30 forms globally, which are actually only 3 forms (events, downloads, contact). And each one in 10 languages. But there are other options, as you can access the form fields through the API (check developers documentation). You could create a dictionary with translations. And overwrite ...
Hi,This happens sometimes with my colleagues too. Make sure they don't fill out forms with other names 😉These colleagues should clear their cookies (or only the Marketo cookie).
They indeed send from education@marketo.com. Maybe certification@marketo.com might get you in contact with the right person. Not sure if it's still his role, but you might want to connect to Tim Stutt.
