Hi Vladislav Vagner. Thank you for the response. It works perfectly for a user in discussion. However, is there a way to create a report of the emails opened by a group of users - Like, a report with user names and emails they opened as a drill down or something.

Hi Monika Nimmagadda.. Thanks for these questions. For Q29, the answer you gave says, A, B, D. Can't tokens be used for the situation given in option B? Example: Using {{lead.Inferred Company}} token or something?
