A sales rep sent out a bunch of Sales Insight emails yesterday. Today, she was following up by phone and found a couple instances where the lead did not receive the email. When I look at the specific records, they show that an MSI email was sent. It also shows that the leads are not unsubscribed, ma...
Hi Albert, The transition was seamless and we ran into no issues. We didn't do anything special to prepare for it, and nothing happened to caused us any issues.
I'm a little late to the game on this, but in doing some research on MSI Oultook plug-in, I found this post. If you want to trigger based on a specific MSI email, instead of using the subject line as a trigger, you can pull in the ID for the email template. You can find the 4-digit ID by selecting t...

That template came from Marketo, and I believe it's from a template site they used to have because we have the same one:I've been researching this more and had found several posts in the community...
Hi David, We just received notice that we are moving to a new data center soon, and I'm wondering how the move went for you last year. Did you run into any issues, or do you have any advice on what to do, i.e. disable the sync prior to the move. Thanks!
I just tested adding another flow step before "Create Task", and when I ran the campaign again, it completed the first step but still skipped the Create Task, however, the Results tab doesn't show that the step was skipped.
