I'm wondering what happens to a lead score if they are already at 0 and they perform a behavior that decreases the score. Would the overall score go negative or remain at 0?

Hi Stephanie,I ended up contacting Marketo support and they told me it basically means that the server we were trying to deliver to was not accepting emails at the time and so it "soft bounced" it. Have the January Updates been released yet? It's almost February, and I don't see the mobile landing page option yet. I just wasn't sure if I need to do something to see the updates or if they haven't taken place yet.
