I created a custom report in the Other Reports section and tested this - it worked okay.
That's definitely the right solution, but I had a really hard time getting it to work using JS. I just took the Marketo form off the page and added it in manually using a custom HTML block. This is what non-JS experts have to resort to. 🙂Thanks for your help, Jep!

Elliott is correct. We are using segmentation for dynamic content (we send emails in 8 languages) and it works great. It's nice to have one global email instead of 8 separate ones!

Have you looked at the Leads by Source report & tried cloning then modifying? You can pull in custom columns & then group leads by a column. Following along with what Jenna said - I would do the same thing to capture the channel in the URL parameter and then build Smart Lists to report on each one so your SLs would look something ike:Twitter Channel for Campaign A > Filled Out Form, Hidden Field Value=TwitterLinkedIn Channel for Campaign...
You could also set up your scoring & interesting moments, lead routing, etc. to never score or take action on any of the leads in the static lists that comprise those users.
