Grégoire - what if I have a record that IS checked in SFDC (as confirmed with SFDC admin) but I'm still getting this message? We have two that this came up for today where we have not had issues like this previously.

I am referring to the paid add-on feature that has existed for a number of years that was then promised to all Marketo customers free of charge at the Adobe Summit. We've never had the feature so I've never used it, so I can't speak to how it works (if it's essentially a special smart list).
To add insult to injury, they reneged on the promise of all customers getting ABM for free. Now they are offering it at a "significant cost reduction" instead. Abhorrent business practice.

Hi Greg,Good to know that these things are being worked on. It would be great if there was some communication about these items to the general customer base and not just those who are in contact with the PM team and seeing demos of the new UI. 🙂
Given the content of the past few product releases, I'm wondering if we'll ever see even a few of these items addressed.
