UTM codes are awesome, but if the Munchkin isn't on the landing page and the content isn't being sent via Marketo, they won't be captured and tied to a lead. They'll be great for sorting in GA, though.
I think you are looking at "Edit Email Editor Settings" and not "Edit Text Editor Settings":
