Thanks Thomas, that's an ingenious solution. Although I think in my case I might have scoring campaigns that go too high to feasibility build out all the requested campaigns.

This is a minor thing. But I do case surveys every time, religiously, after I close a case. But the Case Survey email fires through immediately after case closure.I think there should be a 5 minute delay on this email. If you haven't completed the case survey by then, fire the email by all means!
