Hi Adena,In email programs, the email that you're using must be local to the program. If you already have an email, you can clone it into that program, but it needs to be a local asset.
Hi Nichole,I'm not sure if it's just how our SF1 admin set up the app views, but I currently cannot see MSI in my view, so I wouldn't be able to send an email from it. Maybe check with your admin to see if they've set this up?
