I think there's a misunderstanding of the flow step here. When you delete a record you can either delete it in only Marketo, or in your CRM and Marketo. The flow step isn't saying "don't delete all with idanz@ in their email address", it's saying delete them from Marketo and not from your CRM.You wou...
The flow step that you're using says to delete your records, but not to remove them from CRM. The others all should have been deleted and removed from the CRM. It doesn't seem like there was any unexpected/bug result hereAs Kim suggested, records with your name in them should have been added to the ...
Hey Christina, there was a thread a while back about how to make engagement streams happen on more 'randomized' days. I was just able to set one up in Chrome, as well as Firefox. It's probably a goofy idea, but maybe restart your computer?
Hi Kristen, obviously it depends on the confidentiality level here, and it should go without saying that anything on the internet that isn't password protected (and even that depnds on the technology behind the password protection) is available if the wrong people want to get their hands on it.If it...
Cheryl, there's an example here, and I know there was discussion of this at Summit in the University day, but I can't find recordings of it online. Phillip from Marketo is awesome at explaning it, so maybe someone from Marketo can ask him to chime in here? 🙂
Hi Amanda, Landing pages are typically easier to edit than emails, since it's more of a drag and drop system. That said, they can also provide more room for changes and potential error if you have very specific branding that you need or want followed. If you play around in a landing page, you should...
